I’m on a mission to help you feel confident and at home in your kitchen. My services are designed to give you a helping hand- from meal planning and grocery lists to on-site kitchen assistance, lessons and workshops. Need help with something and don't see it listed below?   • Healthy-ish Coaching: We sit down together in your kitchen and trouble-shoot your obstacles to kitchen bliss; come up with practical strategies and ideas to get you comfortable in your kitchen and eating the way you want. We can do a walk through the grocery store together and figure out strategies for staying happy while staying on track. I am full of tips and tricks to make cooking (and grocery shopping) more approachable and can answer any questions you might have.

  • Private Lessons/Classes: Want to learn a particular skill or dish? Need to work on knife skills, how to make a quick salad, how to turn anything into a delicious soup, etc? You and your friends want to learn tips for taking food pics for Instagram? Want to learn some fun seasonal dishes to impress your friends or just break you out of a food rut? I'll come to you for a personalized lesson (or small class).

  • Meal Planning: I create a personalized week long meal plan for you complete with snack ideas and a grocery list, customized to your dietary restrictions/guidelines. If you need extra help I can come to you and prep meals ahead of time to be stashed in your refrigerator or freezer.

  • Dinner Party Help: From planning a menu to creating a grocery list to executing a perfect dinner party, I'm here to help as much as you'd like! It can be as simple as helping you write your perfect menu and giving you a game plan to follow on your own, or I can come to your house and be your personal chef for the evening-- or anything in between.

  • Special Diets: Though my general philosophy is healthy-ish with a focus on vegetables, I have experience with a wide range of diets including vegetarian, vegan, paleo, whole 30, keto, gluten free, dairy free, low fodmap, alium free, etc. If you are new to one of these (or just feel stuck in a rut) and need help figuring out what the heck to eat, I am available for consultations, meal planning assistance, cookbook recommendations, and more!

    Rates vary by service, base rate is $40/hr. Some services are flat fee. Sliding scale/barter is available on a case by case basis.
